At global level, we are living a paradigm shift, going from Standardized Mass Production (Industry 3.0) to Customized Massive Production (Industry 4.0), which provides extraordinary opportunities for SMEs in the manufacturing sector, at the level of product development (parametric design), manufacturing (3D printing, digital manufacturing, etc.), access to global markets and social inclusion. Marina Atelier SAC has implemented the SCORE Training of the ILO, which has allowed it to strengthen its management systems and face this paradigm shift in production. The enterprise has incorporated an approach to the digital and sustainable industry into its garment design and manufacturing processes.
