National Seminar on ‘International Day of Nurses’
ILO together with WHO, International Council of Nurses (ICN), and Women in Global Health (WGH), marked the International Nurses Day and jointly formed a national network to conduct more precise research, advocacy and awareness raising on decent working conditions for healthcare workers in Pakistan.

Tripartite Validation Meeting on ‘Women in Health Leadership’
Under the ILO-OECD-WHO Working for Health Project, the International Labour Organization has carried out a study on Gender Equality in Health Sector and Women in Health Leadership in Pakistan. In order to review the preliminary findings of the study with all relevant stakeholders, a tripartite consultative meeting was organised. The objectives of the consultative workshop was to share the findings of the study on women in health leadership in Pakistan, validate the findings, and to promote a social dialogue on barriers and facilitators to women's leadership in the health sector.
