    The FORTER’ESS project is the result of a partnership between Global Affairs Canada and the International Labour Organization (ILO) that works in collaboration with the Tunisian Government and social partners to strengthen the resilience of women-led Social and Solidarity Economy Organizations (SSEOs) affected by COVID-19.

    Coconuts, commitment and changing circumstances

    Coco chips are widely used by farmers and gardeners. The ILO’s LEED+ project works with the private sector and local communities in Sri Lanka to develop coco chips as a mutually beneficial business.

  3. South-South and Triangular Cooperation Academy, 2016

    A joint initiative of the ILO and its International Training Centre, supported by UN agencies and partners, the SSTC Academy, an interregional learning and networking event gathered policymakers, promoters, practitioners and researchers from all around the world. It served as a forum for the formulation of high-level strategic initiatives and political advocacy on SSTC in support to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and decent work in particular.
