    Informal workers’ rights have a home in Costa Rica and El Salvador

    An ILO-supported project aims to counsel informal workers and establish institutional partnerships to create collective strategies to promote workers’ transition from the informal to the formal economy.

  2. The migrant workers protection in Honduras

    Both institutions have been working in the coordination improvement regarding a better protection of migrant workers, in topics like statistics information exchange and obtaining a work permit.

  3. Interregional conference: "Improving social protection and promoting employment. Experiences and lessons learned from an ILO-EU project in Burkina Faso, Honduras and Cambodia"

    A conference will be organized to explore the experiences and lessons learned from the joint ILO/EU project "Improving social protection and promoting employment", implemented between 2009 and 2012 in Burkina Faso, Cambodia and Honduras. This interregional conference will be jointly organized by the European Commission and the ILO.

  4. Desk review of research on HIV/AIDS in the world of work

    This desk review was conducted by ILO/AIDS as part of the Inter-Agency Task Team on HIV workplace policies/programmes and private sector engagement (IATT/WPPS). It is based primarily on the research documents shared by the IATT members, covering vulnerability studies, stigma and discrimination studies, impact and cost-benefit studies.
