  1. ILO OPPORTUNITY SALONE LAUNCHES ITS MAIDEN KNOWLEDGE SHARING EVENT IN SIERRA LEONE

    The International Labour Organisation (ILO) convened a knowledge sharing event on the Opportunity Salone Programme in Freetown, Sierra Leone in December 2023. The Knowledge share events brought together SME businesses to discuss and share ideas on what has worked and possible areas of improvement of the ILO Opportunity Salone programme. The EU-funded programme supports SME businesses in Sierra Leone to contribute to the Feed Salone agenda which is geared towards making Sierra Leone food sufficient in the next few years.
